Sage appoints AxiCom for global hub and local market PR support

AxiCom, WPP’s only global technology specialist communications agency, has been appointed by Sage, the leader in accounting, financial, HR and payroll technology for small and mid-sized businesses, following a competitive 4-way pitch process. AxiCom was chosen because of its experience of running global hubs and its creative approach to storytelling. The partnership will cover eight local markets, including the UK, US, France and Germany, and will support with campaign execution, content creation and earned media relations.

Sage recently shot to the top of the FTSE 100 after publishing its latest set of financial results. It is setting out on a mission to ‘show up differently’, supporting the ambition of the world’s entrepreneurs in today’s challenging, worldwide, financial climate, and needed PR support from an agency with similar values.
