New global leadership for AxiCom’s digital, analytics/research and client services

AxiCom, the WPP tech PR agency, today announced three new appointments to enhance its global integrated marketing communications offering. Brian Snyder joins in the new Global President of Digital role, Shannon Lawler joins as the agency’s first Senior Vice President of Analytics and Research, and Nick Head has been promoted to Global Head of Client Services.

Brian Snyder
Global President of Digital
A seasoned digital leader with 20+ years of experience transforming some of the world’s biggest brands both at a top agency and in-house at a global industry leader, Snyder will strengthen digital teams in AxiCom offices around the world, counsel key clients, and build agency offerings and capabilities. His diverse expertise spans consumer marketing, B2B demand generation, corporate reputation, product and process innovation, customer experience, employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, crisis management, web development and social media.
Prior to joining AxiCom, Snyder served as executive vice president of digital at Golin, where he built and led digital teams in offices across North America. He architected enterprise and brand-level digital, mobile, and social strategies and campaigns for Nintendo, Walmart, Samsung, LinkedIn, McDonald’s, Unilever, PepsiCo, Logitech, and Hard Rock. His team’s work has been recognized at the Cannes Lions, PR Week Awards, PRovoke Media Sabre Awards, Shorty Awards. Snyder also brings ten years of prior Fortune 500 in-house experience at Whirlpool Corporation to AxiCom.

Shannon Lawler
SVP of Analytics and Research
Lawler will be responsible for developing and leading the research and analytics capability at AxiCom, including generating insights to inform branding and reputation management strategies, analyzing media landscapes, industry trends, competitive positioning and audience behaviors, and evaluating the impact of communications campaigns.
With more than 12 years of experience, Lawler has developed and managed research and measurement programs for clients across multiple sectors including technology, healthcare, logistics, finance and automotive. Before joining AxiCom, Lawler developed innovative research & analytics capabilities at global agencies including FleishmanHillard, Wunderman Thompson and WE Communications. In her roles, Lawler has focused on research-based consulting, data-driven storytelling and helping clients to solve complex business and communications problems.
Lawler said, “Insights are now the backbone to successful campaign delivery. I am excited to step into this new role at AxiCom, and develop agency capabilities that will enable our global teams to deliver their best work for our clients.”
Nick Head
Global Head of Client Services
Previously European Managing Director, Head has over 19 years’ experience in communications and marketing, spanning industries including security, cloud, and data. As well as providing strategic consultancy and delivering communications for industry-leading organizations, Head has also worked with small businesses and start-ups, helping to raise their profiles across the UK, EMEA and globally.
As part of AxiCom’s global leadership team, Head will be responsible for global client relationship development, and will work cross-functionally across AxiCom’s client service teams and capabilities to drive business and brand transformation for clients.

All three take up their roles with immediate effect and report to Matt Lackie, AxiCom Global CEO.
