AxiCom, WPP’s technology specialist communications agency, today announced it has been appointed by Allied Telesis, a global leader in connectivity solutions and intelligent networking tools, to provide PR support in three European markets.
Working directly with Allied Telesis’ in country teams, AxiCom will be working with the telecoms networking specialist to deliver strategic media relations support in France, Italy and the UK to target senior decision-makers in the telco industry.
Richard Lardner, MarCom Operations Director at Allied Telesis, said: “Initially we were looking for an agency that could support our ambitions in Italy. We were so impressed by AxiCom’s approach and credentials in our European target markets that we decided to expand the brief to incorporate two additional countries to help us raise brand awareness through creative communications strategies that will drive engagement with local media.”
