Summary

AxiCom was tasked with introducing Spotahome and its business model, in addition to building its position as a leading reference in the Spanish ‘proptech’ market. To support its image among the investment community, Spotahome was presented as an innovative and disruptive company in a very traditional marketplace.

Challenge

With an intensive work of content development and storytelling, media and influencer relations and executive profiling, AxiCom built a strategy that would help educate the market about the Spotahome’s business model, and demonstrate the solvency and evolution of the company, increasing media, influencer and investor confidence. The agency developed product and services press releases to illustrate the value of the project for tenants and owners, and positioned the executive team as reference entrepreneurs.

Strategy

Nearly 2,000 pieces of coverage per year in top media, both national and regional Regular appearance in reference forums of real estate, startups, innovation, internet, such as South Summit, Mobile Commerce Congress or Media Startups Alcobendas. Media like El País, Expansión, El Mundo, El Economista or El Español regularly quote it as one of the most important Spanish startups and a relevant source of real estate information.
